Service Use and Registration
The Callnbang Service is a meeting place for people, accessible for Callnbang members via the Internet or mobile phone. Some features of the Callnbang Service are accessible free of charge, while other features are paid for by members who pay via a subscription.
Please read the terms of use carefully to help develop a responsible internet and a high-quality service as a member of the Callnbang community. By becoming a member, you agree to this membership agreement. If you do not agree to this membership agreement, you do not have to join or use the services. Joining one or more services and using the services implies the subscriber's full and unconditional acceptance of this membership agreement.
The Service can only be used after registration. You are not allowed to have two profiles on our site.
By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and that you are at least 18 years old.
Mobile services may be subject to restrictions and not all tools may be available. Only a limited list of subscription payment methods can be provided.
You must ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of all data you provide during registration and during the purchase and payment process.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the service if you use the service illegally or in a manner that violates our terms of use.
The registration data of members who do not use the service may be deleted from the Callnbang.com website 30 days after the last valid connection. The owner also reserves the right to deactivate the profile of members who, after the first phase of registration, have not responded within fifteen days to the confirmation email sent to the email address provided when completing the form. The user's messages can be deleted 30 days after sending them to Callnbang.com.

Paid services
Registration on the site is free. The profile can be deleted at any time.
Callnbang.com has four types of subscribers: trial users, bronze subscribers , silver subscribers and gold or platinum subscribers. Gold users can upgrade to a platinum profile and platinum users can upgrade to a gold profile. Please note!!! Gold users can use the webcam service only with Gold users!!! Gold users can see Platinum users, but cannot be seen!!! Please note!!! Platinum users can use the webcam and audio service only with Platinum users!!! Platinum users cannot see Gold users!!! When you upgrade, the old subscription is added permanently.
With the Bronze and the Cheap subscription, you can use CHAT/message with all the users who have upgraded! With the Golden subscription, you can use CHAT/message with all the users who have upgraded and the CAM service only with Golden users and you can see a Platinum user! With the Platinum subscription, you can CHAT/message with all upgraded users and use the CAM service with Platinum users, but you will not be able to see Golden users! For more information, please contact the site's support. Unfortunately, you cannot pay the difference, but you can add one of the two options as a duration. The site has no automatic updates or other hidden fees. On the site, there are 4 credit packages associated with each subscription. There must be compatibility between the two, meaning that if you have purchased a Platinum subscription, you must also have the credits required for that subscription, the Platinum Pulse pack of credits. Only Golden Sparks and Platinum Pulse have enough credits for video calling in the chat. To become a VIP member, you must purchase two Platinum Pulse on the same day so that you have access to all the benefits of VIP users. Liability and warranty.
To use the services, the subscriber must have the equipment, software and configuration necessary for the services to function properly: IE7 browser or equivalent, activation of Java Script functions, receipt of session cookies and acceptance of the display of “pop-up” windows.
Using the Services on a Mac requires the exclusive use of the Mozilla Firefox browser – the Callnbang company does not guarantee optimal functioning with the Safari or Opera browsers.
Please note that in order to fully use our Services, you must have the latest Adobe Flash software (download at www.adobe.com). Depending on your network configuration (with a firewall or a proxy), it may not be possible to connect to our websites.
The Member must also have the necessary skills, materials and software to use the Internet or, where applicable, the Internet and telephone services, and acknowledges that the features and limitations of the Internet cannot guarantee the security, availability and integrity of data transmissions over the Internet.
Callnbang does not guarantee that the services can be used if the subscriber uses a pop-up blocking utility; in this case, this function must be disabled before using the services.
Use of the services may be temporarily interrupted for the purposes of maintenance, updating or technical improvements, or to further develop their content and/or presentation. Where possible, Callnbang will inform its members before any maintenance or update.
